We don’t joke about our jerky – it’s serious. Seriously good, that is! Ok, another one for the “do not use” pun pile, but the health benefits of this wonder snack are no laughing matter. As well as being a truly tasty source of lean protein, it’s packed full of iron, folate, calcium and vitamins A and C. Taking inspiration from the original Native American method, we marinate the finest beef topside in our own secret spice blend and slow cook it to perfection.
