He won a silver medal at the Olympics in Rio, silver at the Rugby Sevens World Cup and a bronze at the Commonwealth Games. A popular and well-respected figure both on and off the pitch, Phil is renowned for his blistering pace and his commitment to achieving and maintaining incredible levels of fitness.
